Born and raised in a small suburb in Michigan, he knew that he had a passion to help people. Today Trevor Eason, NMD, DC, NP-C is a practicing physician and an internationally recognized leader, speaker, educator, and advocate in the field of functional, physical, and neurological medicine. He is the founder and director of Revive Health & Wellness, Assistant Professor of Neurology - Carrick Institute, and Advisor for The Institute for Functional Medicine - Cleveland Clinic.

What puts a smile on my face is the ability to discern which therapeutic modalities will help us get to the root cause of a person’s ailments. I love being able to access my training and expertise across conventional and holistic approaches to disease, and combine them into a succinct, successful road map for people to follow. While the healing journey is not linear, the best part of my job is partnering with my patients and seeing them evolve into their healthiest self yet.
