Director of Chiropractic & Lifestyle Medicine, Physician
Dr. Brock Baumgarn
Brock Baumgarn, the oldest of 11 children and a former 4-sport athlete from Southwestern Minnesota, discovered his passion for chiropractic medicine following a significant back injury during high school football. Chiropractic care not only enabled him to complete the season but also to pursue collegiate athletics at both Division II and III levels. He graduated from Bethel University with a Bachelor of Science in Biokinetics-Exercise Science and later transitioned into coaching athletes and managing a General Nutrition Center.
Driven by a personal journey of overcoming asthma through exercise, nutrition, and faith, Dr. Baumgarn enrolled in Palmer College of Chiropractic, where he earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in June 2022. His training includes a Bachelor’s degree from Bethel University, certification from the Nutritional Coaching Institute (Level 1), and a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College.
Dr. Baumgarn’s mission is to empower patients to take control of their health journeys and achieve optimal well-being. He believes in a collaborative approach to healthcare, always prioritizing the patient’s best interest to help them reach a pain-free, functional, and God-glorifying state of being. Outside of his professional life, Dr. Baumgarn is a devoted husband to his wife, Becca, and a proud father to their young children, Zyon and Sayber.
